I believe therapy should be warm, collaborative, and practical.

Sessions at Seaside are a combination of reflection, processing, and action — helping you to cope with the challenges you’ve been carrying while implementing practical tools that make everyday life feel more manageable.

Cognitive Behavioral
CBT helps you notice patterns in thoughts that may be contributing to anxiety, depression, or feeling emotionally overwhelmed.
I use components of CBT to help you challenge unhelpful thinking, reduce negative self-talk, and develop more supportive ways of responding to stress. The goal is to create greater clarity, confidence, and practical coping tools to use in your everyday life.
Solution-Focused
Solution-Focused Therapy centers on what’s possible — and not just what’s difficult.
At Seaside, we’ll identify your goals using small, realistic steps that fit into your everyday life. The Solution-Focused approach helps to build momentum, increase your confidence, and create sustainable change without feeling overwhelming.
Mindfulness-Based
Mindfulness-Based Therapy focuses on increasing awareness, reducing stress, and strengthening emotional resilience.
Through breathwork, grounding techniques, and body awareness, you’ll learn how to slow down, stay present, and reconnect with yourself. This approach offers simple, practical tools that support calm, clarity, and emotional balance in everyday life.
Integrative
Integrative Therapy is grounded in a whole -person approach to emotional wellness. Instead of a one-size-fits-all approach, I draw from multiple therapeutic methods — including CBT, mindfulness, mind-body strategies, solution-focused, and strength-based work — to support your emotional wellness. This flexible approach allows us to meet you where you are and create a path forward that feels aligned, supportive, and sustainable.
